How We’re Responding to COVID-19

Friends,

We are as confused as you are. Masks or no masks? The (seemingly) arbitrary March 9th cut-off date in the New Brunswick school system for self-quarantine for those who’ve traveled internationally. And the very real shortage of toilet paper.

While the messages are somewhat mixed, I think we can all agree that the COVID-19 pandemic is here, it’s serious, and it’s no joke.

Your health, our health and the health of those we love, is priority #1. We take real estate seriously and while it’s still a very real need, at the end of the day, it’s just a house. And what’s a house without health.

Our reality is, we have military and RCMP members with postings in Fredericton and Oromocto. We are in a seller’s market with buyers needing to buy and sellers needing to sell. As a team, we are looking at tangible ways that we can help continue to meet these needs, while meeting the needs of those who may not be in a position to travel or attend physical showings.

Effective immediately, our digital marketing efforts will expand to include:

– FaceTime tours of any home listed on MLS®
– Full listing video tours of our personal listings (as opposed to sneak peeks)
– 360 degree listing photos (too large for REALTOR.ca but accessible through our social media and by text)
– Any documents related to selling and buying can be signed digitally (as always)

Please note, our team is still conducting business as usual. With news developing daily, we are simply ensuring that we are being sensitive to the needs of our clients and our community. If a virtual service is what you need, we can do that.

Stay safe, stay home…do what’s best for you and your family. The rest is secondary.

Your Fredericton Real Estate team,

Karen, Brittany, Bradley, Chris and Kurtis
