Karen Syroid has been a wonderful real estate agent. Moving from Ontario and facing having to buy a house with only virtual tours, Karen did an excellent job showing us the house virtually and guiding us through any areas that will need to be looked at for maintenance in the future.

After we completed the offer and acceptance, Karen has been very good in helping us through the process as well as working with the previous owners to answer further questions.

To top it off we received a very lovely picture of the home as a housewarming gift. We are very happy with the house and are delighted with the results.

Brittany is EXCELLENT. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, and certainly has a pulse on the market. She also has really positive energy, which makes her great to work with on an interpersonal level. However, she also tells you when to run away from a home, and I appreciate this honesty.
